After the Girls' Generation timeline, we got another one. This one is a timeline of the Bias Power Rankings since the first installment in 2014. Since these were actual blog posts, the data is legit and not estimated haha. I only included the top ten members since 12 is such an awkward number that only works for the actual posts and not a picture. Anyway here's the history of my biases over the last three years!
So again, just some text to make this post a little fluffier. The earliest iterations of the list included soloists which also had the most diversity. Younha, Juniel, Jaekyung and Minzy made brief appearances back in the day but as I filtered out soloists, that plus inactivity from others caused the list to shuffle heavily. You can see Taeyeon, Bora, Wheein, and Soyu lock down those top spots for many iterations while members like Sojin, Hwasa, and Hani make varied appearances across the timeline. Towards the last three rankings you can see the new generation make their mark as the old guard rotates out. Black Pink, Red Velvet, and GFriend start climbing up the ladder and will cement themselves in that range for a while. All in all a sweet trip down memory lane. It'll be interesting to see what this could possibly look like in another two years.
