[Misc] EXID Power Ranking

October has been busy. Long hours at work, tournament weekends, etc. But unlike previous moments, I'm not going down quietly. We'll get back into action as October comes to a close. Here is a short EXID piece that I haven't thought about much lately, but Solji's resurgence and return from health issues give us reason to rejoice.

#5. Hyerin
Sorry Hyerin, your wonderful potato-ness can't get you out of last place. She's always been hilarious but doesn't quite do much else. I've always thought of her as the odd member out which isn't really any fault of her own. Everyone else has more pizzazz surrounding them so it's hard for her to stand out. Hani and Junghwa's visuals, LE and Solji's skills leave her awkwardly in the middle of it all. Massive props to her for stepping up in Solji's absence though, leading the team in the vocals department.

#4. Junghwa
Junghwa almost literally powered past Hyerin on her appearance alone, but that would be dishonest. I mean she is extremely gorgeous and she's always received the attention for her looks, don't get me wrong. However her personality is carefree and she's a goofball much like the rest of them. She has blossomed over the last year as both a visual and a support vocalist. Junghwa memes are just as strong as the rest of them.

#3. Solji
EXID's mom is finally back! She's been out for way too long but November will bring back the group as five. She is a pillar of the group (alongside LE) and her return will be much needed. She's had a tumultuous career and it would've broken my heart if her health issues prevented her from being back. I look forward to hearing Solji's belts again, as will the rest of the fandom.

#2. LE
The best current girl group rapper has been on the throne for years. And despite all the rising talent around her, she will be comfortable for the near future. LE is a master rapper and has been very good for a very long time. While everyone (myself included) will always praise her rapping, her visuals are underrated too.

#1. Hani
There was never much doubt that Hani would seize the the top spot. She is the reason EXID burst into the upper echelons of Kpop and without her...well I don't wanna think about where these girls would be if not for that one magical fancam. But once that happened, the world got to see Hani in all her fabulous glory. Smooth voice, strong visuals, and a personality like no other, Hani is a miracle package of talent. Solji and LE might be the pillars of EXID, but Hani will always be the star.
